Yes, we welcome you to Techfest Louisville 2024<\/a> to be held on Aug. 22-23 at the Bonnycastle Club in Louisville, KY! This year our focus areas include: data analytics, workforce development, artificial intelligence, software development, customer relationship management, and cybersecurity. Techfest Louisville this year includes more music and networking than ever so we can properly celebrate TALK’s tenth anniversary as the area’s employer-led, non-profit tech council. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Keynotes this year both are noted experts in artificial intelligence including: Keynote:\u00a0 Pat Bodin<\/a>, Global AI Architect, Cisco, who will speak on Aug. 23rd at noon, and Madison Gooch<\/a>, VP at WatsonX who will present on Aug. 22nd at 11 AM. On Day 2, Aug. 23rd, all attendees will have an opportunity to discuss some aspect of AI at group tables under the world cafe model, where all table leaders will report back on the their table’s questions and answers to today’s AI dilemmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our first speaker at Techfest Louisville this year is an expert on Salesforce, and how customer relationship management can solve many problems of connectivity with others in your day: \u201cCRM:\u00a0 Highlighting the Best of Salesforce\u201d \u2013 Josh Neisler<\/a>, Director of Growth, Pylons Cloud Innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will also hold our tradeshow at Techfest where you will be able to dive deeper into tech subjects of your choice with vendors and their experts onsite all during the event both days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our program includes case studies of interest for those facing the need for higher level business intelligence, as well as how to approach cloud challenges and data modeling. Come hear \u201cElevating Analytics: Transitioning to Google & Leveraging Advanced Business Intelligence\u201d with Justin Tindle<\/a>, Director of Software Development, E-Blu Solutions; and \u201cTaking the Cloud Further for Your Data Modeling\u201d with Herb Lane<\/a>, Enterprise Data Architect, Farm Credit Mid-America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TALK is operated by a working board<\/a> of tech professionals each year led by its founder and CEO Dawn Yankeelov. The event is hosted by the Technology Association of Louisville Kentucky (TALK)<\/strong>. TALK is Kentucky\u2019s tech council and a member of the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this 6th TechFest Louisville, our conference will include music and networking both nights, designed to bring together business and technology professionals for learning, community, and collaboration. Attendees will have opportunities to explore workforce development avenues for their businesses, connect with regional and national IT leaders, and deep-dive into emerging technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TechFest educates, connects, and entertains the audience of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VIPs, CEOs, entrepreneurs, professionals, programmers, data analysts, designers, IT managers, makers, government officials, and more by bringing national and regional speakers and vendors together to cover topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will end at 3:30 each day and move to food, music, drinks and dialogue for networking and connections. It’s time to celebrate 10 years of TALK! Both of our key female performers have made their contributions in business and tech management. We welcome Desiree Thayer<\/a> and Little Band on Thursday evening, and Kathleen Hoye<\/a> & Friends on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
