About Matt Sias<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matt Sias is the Founder of InnovationAcceleration.ai, based at UC’s 1819 Innovation Hub in Cincinnati. Before launching the company in 2024, Matt spent two decades at Kroger Technology in R&D working on AI\/ML, computer vision, digital twins, IoT, and materials science. Drawing on that experience, he built The Accelerator Powered By IA Workflows, a structured methodology that combines proven innovation frameworks with generative AI to help leaders move from a messy problems to a ranked, actionable solution set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
