This is a one-hour online Zoom meeting for tech-related companies who are looking at re-opening guidelines and liabilities. The event is hosted by TALK, the area tech council with commentary from Victoria Beckman, an attorney with Frost, Brown, Todd. This virtual online event is entitled, “Tech Sector: Discussing Guidance and Liabilities Regarding Reopening.”

While much of the tech industry will remain in remote work this summer, we will discuss the available guidance for re-opening from our state, CDC, and solicit any inputs from participants. Our goal would be to provide this for the tech sector to the Governor as a proposal. We will touch on liabilities regarding in-person meetings and gatherings as the state hopes to move to networking meetings for up to 50 people in July.
We will review what the federal govt. has in mind and discuss what is hot news. This virtual pop-up discussion is free but registration is required. Participants will be encouraged to participate in the discussion via chatbox and during the Q&A session.
