It was gratifying to see the students learn (a) about the different grades of Maple veneer; (b) gluing the sheets up, and putting them in the presses; (c) opening up the multi-curved plywood the next morning; (d) designing their shapes; and (e) then painting their “inspirations” with the help of our TALK-Marwood volunteers and teachers, on their very own custom made boards!!!
